Fastest way: the Feedback button
Every page has a Feedback button in the bottom-right corner while you're signed in. Pick a category, tell us what happened, and send — it takes about ten seconds.
It's better than email for anything you hit while using the portal, because it quietly records which page and which contract you were on. That context is usually what lets us reproduce a problem straight away.

support@planbuild.ai — for account problems, anything urgent, or if you can't sign in to use the Feedback button.
If you're reporting a problem, telling us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead — plus the contract number if it relates to one — usually saves a round of questions.
What's useful to tell us
- Something's broken — anything that errored, hung, or did nothing
- Hard to use — a step that was confusing, or took longer than it should
- Feature idea — what's missing that would make this genuinely useful
- Contract wording or legal questions — we'll refer these to PrefabAUS
Can't sign in?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page — the reset email names the account it applies to. If you originally signed up with Google, use the Google button rather than a password. Still stuck? Email us and we'll send you a reset link directly.
